NOTE: Sid Lethbridge 2022: Based on the standard and the shape and pattern of the rim, this appears to be the New York pattern by Campbell, Jones & Co. Their standards have that very deep step down in the transition from the stem to the foot. And the outer rim of several of their cake stands utilize that "v-belt pulley" shape with the rope element
