BEADED THUMBPRINT BLOCK (AKA) by Unknown Maker/Unknown Location (Company Operated: Unknown), c1890 Introduced

NOTE: Ref: Victorian Colored Pattern Glass, Bk 7 by Heacock, pg 74: Possibly US Glass Co. ca. 1893
NOTE: The dedication pitcher would put the date of introduction to c1890.
NOTE: Tom Felt - "Windsor brought out a new line in July 1890: "Their new 'Arabesque' ware in ruby with pattern in crystal is the most notable feature of their display. They have it in table sets, water sets and a variety of other articles and it presents a highly attractive appearance." Does anyone know what Arabesque looked like?
