NOTE: Sid Lethbridge - It is black glass with gold and white decorations. Jan. 15, 1891 Pottery and glassware reporter "The salts and peppers in the "Congo" are a neat acorn pattern, and there is an astonishing variety of forms and colors in this exhibit, which at once delights and inspires."
