NOTE: Sid Lethbridge 2021 - It is a heavy lead glass. This pattern appears in the c1885 Gillinder catalogue. Hobbs, Brockunier made many items..in amberina. They did so under an exclusive licence to make pressed amberina under the patent held by the New England Glass Co. (When) Gillinder also made pressed amberina...this came to the attention of E. D Libbey, Gillinder was soon faced with a lawsuit for infringement and ceased their production of amberina.
